A beautiful sprit-rigged ketch, a classic Newfoundland Trap Skiff. 19′3″ LOA, 62″ W, 21″ draft, complete with trailer, is offered for sale. She was built in 2007 by Hilmark Boats of Campbell River, BC by artisan builder www.hilmarkboats.com. Lines for plans came from 100-year-old builders’ model, and has lapstrake hull of old red cedar from BC, trimmed with sapele mahogany, and teak decking. All hardware handmade bronze castings. Sailed on Lake St. Francis on the St. Lawrence in Sainte-Barbe, QC, Canada.
