This is the only wooden boat ever built by Marine Trader. We have spent many hours and lots of money as recently as this past year spending $50,000 on the hull. We are now unable to finish this project due to health and would like to see this boat go to someone that would finish the boat and enjoy it, as it too good a boat to see destroyed.
Economical twin Ford Lehman 120 HP diesels with approx. 2900-3000 hours. Aetna Engineering tachometers. Closed cooling system with heat exchangers. Engines are in excellent condition. Borg Warner velvet drives with 2″ stainless shafts. Onan 7.5kw Gen Set (new 2014 battery). New exhaust on the engines all the way to the transom. 10 gal water heater with copper plumbing and heat exchanger. 600 gal capacity fuel system; 300 gal fresh-water supply. Electric pump for in-line oil changing for both engines and Gen Set. Two (salon and main cabin) reverse cycle AC/heat systems. 40 amp McCarren battery charger. Never used Magic Chef four burner propane stove with oven; and television/antenna. Lectra-San. Battery combiners with newer 100 amp one wire alternators. Older and few electronics. We do have a brand new in the box NOS Raytheon R41X 48 mile open array radar that we will sell separately.
It should be noted that the boat will need to be completed but she is in the water now and quite capable of travel. There is a lot of cosmetic work left to do as well as some structural work. We would recommend that an area in the lazerette, below water line, be re-planked in the near future.
We will work with the new owner on dockage for the boat until the she can be moved. The boat is also for sale in other venues and will be removed when sold.
